MCA Circular 44/2014-Company Law Settlement Scheme CLSS 2014 extension by one and half month from 15-11-2014 to 31-12-2014

Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) acting on the representations of stakeholders had decided to introduce a settlement scheme namely "Company Law Settlement Scheme 2014" (CLSS-2014). The circular no 34/2014 dated 12-08-2014 contains the details of the scheme. Initially, the CLSS-2014 had been offered for a period of two months from 15-08-2014 to 15-10-2014.   Earlier, the scheme was extended by one month from 15-10-2014 to 15-11-2014. Nw again MCA has extended CLSS 2014 for another period of one and half months to 31-12-2014.The Circular extending the scheme is as under:

Sir,

In continuation to the Ministry's General Circular No. 34/2014 dated 12.08.2014 and 40/2014 dated 15/10/2014 on the subject cited above, this Ministry has, on consideration of requests received from various stakeholders, has decided to extend the Company Law Settlement Scheme (CLSS 2014) upto 31st December, 2014.
