CIRCULAR

Subject :Adjournment motion by the learned Counsel in the matters listed before the Company law Board

It is seen that the Learned Counsels have not been filing Prior/advance adjournment motion while seeking adjournment and making a request for adjournment at the time of hearing.

2.All the learned Counsels shall circulate adjournment motion a week before the date of hearing for seeking adjournment and file the same with the concerned Bench. The Counsel shall also appear on the date of hearing for placing the request before the Bench.
