New Delhi, 12.09.2018

S.O.-(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (2) of section 1 of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2017 (1 of 2018); the Central Government hereby appoints the 12th September, 2018 as the date on which the provisions of sections 66 to 70 (both inclusive) of the said Act shall come into force.
