NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 2nd June, 2023

G.S.R.411(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and (2) of section 79 of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 (6 of 2009), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Limited Liability Partnership Rules, 2009, namely: –

1. Short title and commencement- (1) These rules may be called the Limited Liability Partnership (Amendment) Rules, 2023.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Limited Liability Partnership Rules, 2009, for LLP Form No. 3, the following Form shall be substituted, namely:

LLP Form No. 3
Information with regard to Limited Liability Partnership Agreement and changes, if any, made therein
[Pursuant to rule 21(1) of the Limited Liability Partnership Rules, 2009

Note.-The principal rules, were published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 229 (E), dated the 1st April, 2009 and last amended, vide number G.S.R. 173 (E), dated the 4th March, 2022
