New Delhi, the 11th February, 2022
S.O. 621(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Limited Liability Partnership (Amendment) Act, 2021 (31 of 2021), the Central Government hereby appoints the 01st day of April, 2022 as the date on which the provisions of sections 1 to 29 of the said Act shall come into force.
