The Central Government has issued notification to make the following provisions of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2017 to be applicable from the 7th May, 2018:

| 14. | Sections 61 and 62; |
| 15. | First proviso to clause (i) of section 80 and clause (ii) of section 80 |
| 16. | Section 83; |
| 17. | Section 86 to 89 (both inclusive) |
