ORDER

 

In exercise of the powersconferred by sub-section (4B) and sub-section (6) of section 10(E) of theCompanies Act 1956 (1 of 1956), the Company Law Board hereby makes thefollowing Regulations further to amend the Company Law Board Regulations, 1991,namely:—

1.   In CHAPTER IV of the Company Law BoardRegulations, 1991, (hereinafter referred to as the said regulations), afterRegulation 50, the following Regulation shall be inserted namely:—

"51.Restriction on Audio or Video Recording by the parties:—

Thereshall be no audio or video recording of the Bench proceedings by theparties."

2.   This order shall come into force withimmediate effect.
