Appointment of Chartered Accountants firm to carry out the work of Tax Audit & filling of income tax return of Haryana Agro Industries Corporation Ltd for the financial year 2024-25

The Haryana Agro Industries Corporation (HAIC) Ltd., Panchkula has invited quotations from the Chartered Accountants firms empanelled with Comptroller General of India (CAG) for Tax Audit & filling of income tax return of the Corporation for the financial year 2024-25.

Eligibility Criteria 

The eligibility for CA Firms for appointment are as follows:-

1. The Chartered Accountant Firms should have at least last 5 years experience of filling of Tax Audit returns of Govt./Semi Govt./Board/Corporation/Banks/PSU/Co-operative institutions /Pvt. having turnover of not less than 100 Crore per annum. 

2. The Chartered Accountant Firms should have an average annual turnover of more than Rs. 25 lakh in the previous three years.

The prescribed application form alongwith annexures may be downloaded from the website haic.co.in, harhith.com and submit the same duly filled (sealed) alongwith relevant documents on or before 19.08.2025 upto 5.00 PM in the office of the Haryana Agro Industries Corporation Ltd., Bays No. 15-16, Sector-4, Panchkula under proper receipt.

Scope of Work
Tax-audit & filling of Income tax return for the year 2024-25.

In case the offer is acceptable, then send your acceptance / confirmation letter within 7 days positively. Further, the firm will have to deposit a performance security of Rs.10,000/- with HAIC in form of Demand Draft in favour of Haryana Agro Industries Corporation Limited, payable at Panchkula after receipt of confirmation of Firms offer. 

The Haryana Agro Industries Corporation Ltd. is a Govt. Company Incorporated under the Companies Act 1956 and the provisions of Companies Act apply to the Corporation, The Corporation was incorporated in 1967. The Corporation has its Head Office at Sector-4, Bays No. 15-20, Panchkula and have at present 12 Farmer Service Centres at Ambala. Pipli, Shahabad, Yamuna Nagar, Karnal. Murthal (Sonepat), Gurugram, Kaithal, Jind, Bhiwani, Hissar and 1 Agro engineering work shop at Nilokheri (Karnal) (14 units). It has 6 Petrol Pumps and has created capacity of approx. 1.79 lakhs MTs of godowns for storage of food grains.

Apart from above, the Government of Haryana launched the Retail Expansion Project by Haryana Agro Industries Corporation Limited for retail outlets for Consumer Goods. Broad objective of the Organization is to provide an alternate channel to promote entrepreneurship, provide best quality products at discounted prices, help in promoting State owned MSME/NGO/SHG/FPO and other manufacturer within the state, promote retail policy of Haryana and generate employment across the State. Going forward, the organization would help generate market for innovative products across perishable & consumer goods that will further promote entrepreneurship and manufacturing efficiency in the State. As of now about 1300 retail stores have been opened and working in different Districts of Haryana.
