ARBITRARY CONDUCT OF PRIVATE SCHOOLS
The Government of Delhi has publicized that in view of the order of Delhi High Court dated 19/01/2016 and Delhi Govt. orders dated 19/02/2016, the Private schools, running on land allotted by the Government, can not hike fees without the prior permission of the Director of Education of Delhi Government.
The Government of Delhi solicits services of chartered accountant firms in order to examine the proposals submitted by various schools desirous of increasing their fees and to assist the Government in deciding their proposals after scrutinizing their accounts/expenditures incurred during earlier financial years etc.
The nature of work, eligibility criteria and fees are as under:
