EOI invited for empanelment of CA firms with Registrar Cooperative Societies Dehradun

Office of Registrar Cooperative Societies Dehradun, Uttarakhand has invited Expression of Interest from Chartered Accountants Firm/LLPs for statutory audit of Urban/Cooperative Societies/ Apex Cooperative Institutions for FY 2024-25 to 2026-27.

No refundable price of EOI is Rs. 2500/- . The filled hard copy of the EOI should be deposited with the office of Registrar, Cooperative Socitieis, Dehradun till the last date of 17.04.2025 till 3:00 PM and the Technical proposals shall be opened on the same day before the concerned committee.

Eligibility:

1. The applicant should be a firm of Chartered Accountants Firm/LLP registered in India and having head office/branch in Uttarakhand and operating for last 5 years.

2. The applicant should have a minimum annual average turnover of Rs. 40 lakhs in the last three years (FY 2020-21, FY 2022-23 and FY 2023-24)

3. The applicant should have at least five years experience in conducting statutory audit of scheduled banks, cooperative banks and societies audit, Government bodies and societies.

4. The applicant should have at least five qualified full time CA partners and five professional workers of audit background.

5. The applicant should have completed at least five audits for cooperative banks/apex cooperative institution etc. in last five years.

6. CA firm should be empanelled with RBI

7. The firm should be peer review as on 01.01.2025
