New PF withdrawal rules notification 10th February, 2016 postponed-EPFO Circular

Following the garment workers violent protest in Bengaluru, Union Labour Minister Bandaru Dattatreya , at a press conference held yesterday, informed media about the Government decision of postponing the new rules of provident fund withdrawal till 31/07/2016

The EPFO and Ministry communications in this regard are as under:

Please   find   enclosed   herewith the   letter No.S-35012/5/2015-SS.ll  dated 19.04.2016 on the subject cited above.

2. The competent authority has decided to withdraw the said notification dated 10.02.2016.
