Electronic sealing of goods from Customs bonded warehouses deferred Sine die

Electronic sealing for deposit/ removal of goods from Customs bonded warehouses deferred Sine die.

Custom Circular 19/2018-Customs dated 18th June, 2018, provided for RFID-sealing of goods deposited and removed from Custom Bonded Warehouses.

The implementation of the said circular was last time deferred vide Circular No. 41/2018 to 1st January, 2019.

CBIC has now by Circular No. 54/2018 dated 31st December, 2018, further deferred the implementation of the Custom Circular 19/2018-Customs dated 18th June, 2018, sine die.
