F.No. 4/15/2016-ECB.—The Central Government hereby notifies the Common Application Form attached as Annexure 1 for the purpose of registration, opening of bank and demat accounts, and application for Permanent Account Number by Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPIs) in India.
