Ministry of Civil Aviation hiring two Young Professionals for the Domestic Transport Division

Invitation of applications for engagement of two Young Professionals purely on contractual basis in the Ministry of Civil Aviation

Ministry of Civil Aviation proposes to hire two (02) Young Professionals (YPs) for the Domestic Transport Division, on purely contractual basis initially for a period of one year which is further extendable on performance and requirement basis.

Last date of receipt of application is 17th December 2025 up to 05:00 PM. Applications received after due date and time will not be considered.

Essential Qualification : Qualification for the Category of Young Professional is Bachelor’s Degree/ Master’s Degree (Minimum 60 Percent Marks or equivalent) in any discipline from a recognized University. Candidate with Degree in Science/Technology/Engineering additional qualification would be given preference.

Desirable Qualification/Skills: Consistent good academic performance, Good Comprehension ability and writing skill, and Ability to draft crisp high-quality reports in Word and Power point. Hands-on experience in MS Office including data processing in MS Excel, Good understanding of various Rules and Regulations of Government of India, Knowledge of Office Procedures in Government Organisation; and Ability to handle long hours and work-stress.

Age Limit: not exceeding 32 years as on Last date of receipt of application.

Work Experience: i. One year of experience from any Public/Private Institution. ii. Preference shall be given to the candidates having experience of working in Government Offices.

Terms of Payment of remuneration: The emoluments for engagement of Young Professional will be in the range of Rs. 50,000/- per month (all inclusive) to Rs. 54,000/- per month (all inclusive) and will vary on the basis of his/ her qualifications. Annual Increment shall be up to 6% of the consolidated remuneration subject to satisfactory performance.
