Anti Profiteering Application Form (APAF-1) simplified and made more convenient to use
The interest of consumers under GST is protected by Anti Profiteering Authority. Affected consumers can file their grievance using Anti Profiteering Application Form (APAF-1) which has been simplified and made more convenient to use.
The Form APAF-1 is required to be filed before Standing Committee/State level Screening Committee in terms of Rule 128 of CGST Rules, 2017.
