Extension of last date for filing Form GSTR-3B return for the month of December, 2017

The last date for filing return in FORM GSTR-3B for the month of December, 2017 is extended by two days to 22nd January, 2018

Firstly, the official twitter handle of the GoI for queries on GST has announced about the said extension. Subsequently Notification 2/2018-Central Tax dated 20th January, 2018 has been issued extending the last date for filing return in FORM GSTR-3B for the month of December, 2017 by two days to 22nd January, 2018.

GSTR-3B is a simple return form introduced by the CBEC for July 2017 to March 2018. GSTR-3B has to be filed by 20th of next month till March 2018.
