What is the HS Code and GST Rate on Tamarind Kernel?

In FAQ published on 03/08/2017, in leading dailies, it was clarified that tamarind kernel falls under HS Code 1207 and attracts Nil rate of GST. It is however, clarified that tamarind kernel of seed quality attracts Nil GST, whereas tamarind kernel of  other than seed quality attracts 5% GST
