 ICAI appoints CA Sanjay Kumar Goyal as Director Discipline to head Disciplinary Directorate

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 28th December, 2018

No. 1-CA(7)/190/2018.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 21 of the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 (38 of 1949), and in supersession of the Notification No.1-CA(7)/166/2014 dated 29th August, 2014, the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India hereby designates CA. Sanjay Kumar Goyal, Deputy Secretary of the Institute as the Director (Discipline) to head the Disciplinary Directorate and for making investigations in respect of any information or complaint received by it. He shall perform such functions as are assigned to him under the said Act and the rules and regulations framed thereunder.
