ICAI notifies schedules / dates of 2021 elections of members to Central and Regional Council

Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has notified the schedules / dates relating to the 2021 elections of members to its 25th Central Council and Regional Council.

Nominations of candidates who desire to stand for election to its Twenty Fifth Council, to be held in December, 2021 should be forwarded in the manner specified in rule 9 of the Chartered Accountants (Election to the Council) Rules, 2006 addressed to CA. Dr. Jai Kumar Batra, Returning Officer and Acting Secretary to the Council (by name), at ICAI Bhawan, Indraprastha Marg, New Delhi –110 002 so as to reach him not later than 6.00 P.M. on 22.9.2021.

The fee and security deposit to be paid is as under:

The fee and security deposit required to be paid under rules 10 and 11 of the said Rules must be by way of demand draft drawn in favour of the Secretary, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, payable at New Delhi.
