ICSI announces two new cash Prize Awards for students from June 2025 examination
The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has announced the institution of two new cash Prize Awards for the students
These awards shall become effective from June, 2025 session of examination.
1. SHYAM SUNDER KEJRIWAL MEMORIAL AWARD (EIRC PRIZE AWARD)
Cash Prize of Rs. 5,001/- per session of examination to be awarded to a candidate who passes in all papers of Professional Programme Examination, at first attempt in one sitting, without claiming exemption in any subject and obtaining the highest marks either in ‘Corporate
Funding and Listings in Stock Exchanges’ paper under old syllabus or in ‘Strategic Management and Corporate Finance’ paper under new syllabus, whichever is higher, taking into account the performance of all such successful candidates from examination centres within the Eastern Region effective from June, 2025 session of examination
2. POONAM KEJRIWAL MEMORIAL AWARD (EIRC PRIZE AWARD)
Cash Prize of Rs. 5,001/- per session of examination to be awarded to a candidate who passes in all papers of Executive Programme Examination, at first attempt, in one sitting, without claiming exemption in any subject and obtaining the highest marks either in ‘Company Law’ paper under old syllabus or in ‘Company Law and Practice’ paper under new syllabus, whichever is higher, taking In the instant appeal, the assessee had challenged the order of CIT(A) in confirming account the performance of all such successful candidates from examination centres within the Eastern Region effective from June, 2025 session of examination.
