CBDT on 23-12-2014 has issued a new guideline (Click to see) detailing new scheme for for Compounding of Offences under Chapter XXII Income Tax Act, 1961. As per the new scheme all applications for compounding from 01-01-2015 has to be in Annexure-A which is extracted as under:
