Income Tax Department has disclosed the list of top defaulters of income/corporate tax at its website. The list is in two parts. The first list consist of 31 individual defaulters and the second list comprises of 18 corporate defaulters.
The defaulters have been advised to pay the tax arrears immediately. The list also contains the address of the concerned Income Tax Authority (Pr. Chief Commissioner of Income Tax/Chief Commissioner of Income Tax ) to whom information regarding the defaluters can be provided by the general public.
