Release of New Income Tax Return Preparation Software by Incometax Department
Software for preparation of new simplified ITRs 1 and ITR-4S for AY 2015-16 has been released at incometax-efiling website. ITRs can be filed in three ways:
1. Java based return preparation utility
2. Excel based return preparation utility
3. Online ITR Filing facility
ITRs can be filied after logging to user account at incometaxefiling website. Return Preparation Softwares for ITR-2 and ITR-2A shall be released shortly.
