The facility to make payment of demand has been enabled at the Tax Information Network of Income Tax Department at NSDL website.

Steps involved/Procedure for payments  are as under:

1. Visit the NSDL e-Tax Payment Website Click Here >>

Click on the “Demand Payment”

2. The link shall take the users to the payment page which looks like as under:

Fill in the required details and click on submit button, follow the instructions.

Note:

• Fields marked with * are mandatory.
• Enter valid 10-digit Permanent Account Number (PAN) of the Transferor and Transferee
• Provide details as present in Form for TDS on property
• TIN is not responsible for any mismatch in the details provided by Transferee/Buyer in the Form and the actual transaction of the Transferee/Buyer
