NSDL has flased the following clarification related to PAN/PAN Correction Form signing on its website:
 

" In case of PAN applications from non-individuals, Seal and/or Stamp is not required on PAN application Form 49A or 49AA or Form for Change or Correction ."

This is a welcome step as due to limited space on the signature box, users were facing problems in putting seal/stamp in the box and this was causing problems in scanning signatures also.
