This excel form should be used for applying any changes or correction in Permanent Account Number ( PAN ). The changes might be desired due to legitimate change in the PAN Data (for example change of name or address etc.) or due to errors (for example in spelling of name or wrong date of birth etc.)

he request for correction or changes in PAN data can be made for eleven fields as per PAN database of Income Tax Department. These details are:

  1. Name
  2. Father’s Name
  3. Date of Birth
  4. Gender
  5. Photo Mismatch
  6. Signature Mismatch
  7. Address
  8. Other Details (to be given in additional sheet)
  9. Telephone Nos.
  10. AADHAAR No.
  11. Other PAN inadvertently allotted

ABCAUS excel based auto application for making changes / corrections in Permanent Account Number (PAN)is very simple and user friendly. The user is required to fill the data in a pop up form and PAN Correction Form in excel is updated automatically.

Pop up window has been provided for instructions on how to fill PAN correction form.Option to view list of documents required to be attached with the form has also been given. users are not required to give blank spaces while filling the form. If CAPS Lock of the key board is off, it automatically gives an instant message to alert. dropdown lists for various options have been given to save the time of the users. Inbuilt check boxes provided to help selecting the various options in a very siwft manner.

Macro should be enabled to use this form. Users are advised to read help file first.
