Section of Competition (Amendment) Act, 2023 to take effect from 10.09.2024

MCA notifies 10th September, 2024 from which eight section of the Competition (Amendment) Act, 2023 would take effect.

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 9th September, 2024

S.O. 3846(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Competition (Amendment) Act, 2023 (9 of 2023), the Central Government hereby appoints the 10th day of September, 2024 as the date on which the provisions of the following sections of the said Act shall come into force, namely: –

(1) sections 6 to 8 (both inclusive);

(2) sections 21 to 24 (both inclusive);

(3) section 28;

(4) section 30;

(5) section 34; and

(6) section 38.
