Controller General of Patents Designs and Trademarks (CGPDTM) has launched a dynamic utility which will allow the public to see on real time basis the following details with respect to a trademark:

1. Examination of trademark-applications
2. Show Cause Hearings
3. P ublications in the trademark journal,
4. Registrations of trademarks,
5. Oherwise disposal of applications (i.e. by way of abandonment, refusal etc.) done; and
6. Other notices issued
