Patent Agent Exam 2025 & Trade Marks Agent Exam 2025. Last date to apply extended to 30.08.2024 from 08.08.2024
Office of the Controller General of Patents, Designs & Trade Marks shall be bolding the Trade Marks Agent Examination 2025 and Patent Agent Examination 2025 as per the following schedule –
1. Trade Marks Agent Examination 2025 is likely to be held on 04th January, 2025 (Saturday) at 13 locations namely Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Chennai, Delhi, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur and Thiruvananthapuram.
2. Candidates who are willing to appear in Trade Marks Agent Examination 2025 may check their eigibility as per the provision under Rule 144 of the Trade Marks Rules, 2017.
3. Trade Marks Agent Examination 2025 will be conducted in two sessions namely Paper-I (objective type, two hours duration) & Paper-II (descriptive type, three hours duration).
4. The equalifying marks for Trade Marks Agent Exam 2025 under the rule 148(2) of the Trademarks Rules, 2017 shall be the same as applicable for Patent Agent Examination 2025.

Patent Agent Examination 2025 is likely to be held on 05th January, 2025 (Sunday) at 13 locations namely Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Chennni, Delhi, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur and Thiruvananthapuram.
1. Candidates who are willing to appear in the Patent Agent Examination 2025 may check their eligibility as per the provision under Section 126 of the Patents Act, 1970 (as amended).
2. Patent Agent Examination 2025 will be conducted in two sessions namely Paper-I (objective type, two hours duration) & Paper-II (descriptive type, three hours duration).
3. The qualifying marks for Patent Agent Examination 2025 shall be as prescribed under rule 110 of the Patent Rules, 2003 (as amended).
