SEBI has amended the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 by notifying the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) (Fifth Amendment) Regulations, 2021.
