PUBLIC NOTICE
The Scheme for Facilitating Startups Intellectual Property (SIPP launched by Government of India has been notified by CGPDTM in IPO website along with the list of Facilitators in Patents, Designs and Trademarks who had conveyed their willingness up to 10- 3-2016 to function as facilitators for startups.
However, many representations have been received by the Office of CGPDTM after the last date was over for registration as facilitators. Therefore, in view of the public demand, it has been decided to give one more opportunity to the willing persons to get registered as Facilitators and have more participation in order to serve the cause of startups Intellectual Property.
Accordingly, it is notified that all individuals and institutions who wish to apply as Facilitators for Startups in Patents & Designs and Trademarks may refer to the SIPP scheme details and Guidelines for facilitators and follow the procedure for registration, Form, terms and conditions etc. already available in the official website (www. ipindia.nic.in), and submit their applications on or before 10th July, 2016.
