Revised Sitting hours of CLB Bench-Amendment to CLB Regulations No. 9

As per Regulation 9, the Sitting hours of the Benches are ordinarily from 10.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m and from 2.30 p.m to 4.30 p.m. on all working days except Saturday, Sunday and other public Holidays. However CLB by the following order has amended the sitting hours as follows:

ORDER 

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (4B) and sub-section (6) of Section 10(E) of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956) , the Company Law Board hereby makes the following Regulations further to amend the Company Law Board Regulations 1991, namely:-

1. In Chapter II of the Company Law Board Regulations 1991, (hereinafter referred to as the said regulations),-

” In Regulation 9, for the words and expression “10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.” the words and expression “10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.” shall be substituted.”

2. This order shall come into force with effect from 02.05.2016.
