Companies (Amendment) Act 2017
The Companies (Amendment) Act 2017 has received the assent of the President of India on the 3rd January, 2018. The Amendment Act shall come into force from the date to be notified by the Central Government. Government may also appoint different dates form which the different provisions of this Act shall become effective or commence.
