Extension of last date for filing DIR-3 KYC ro 15th September 2018 without any fee

MCA has reduced DIR-3 KYC Late Fee to Rs. 500/- till 5th october, 2018

 

Earlier:

Extension of last date for filing DIR-3 KYC to 15th September 2018 without any fee. Rs. 50oo shall be payable on or after the 16th September 2018.

MCA has notified  the Companies (Registration offices and Fees) Fourth Amendment Rules, 2018.

The Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Rules, 2014 has been amended to provide that no fee for filing e-form DIR-3 KYC for the current financial year (2018-2019) shall be chargeable till the 15th September, 2018 and fee of Rs. 50oo shall be payable on or after the 16th September,2018.

Also,  the Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Fifth Amendment Rules, 2018 has also been notified. Rule 12 of the Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Rules 2014 has been suitably amended  to specify 15tn September,2018 as the last date for filing DIR-3 KYC.

Form DIR-3 KYC has also been revised.
