No further extension of time limit for filing DIR-3 KYC without Rs 5000 late Fee – MCA Advisory

No further extension of time limit for filing DIR-3 KYC without Rs 5000 late Fee – MCA

MCA Portal carries an advisory that No further extension of time beyond 15th September 2018 is being accorded for filing DIR-3 KYC (without Fee). All filings thereafter will attract a Fee of Rs. 5000.

Stakeholders have been advised to take a note and plan accordingly.

No extension of time for filing DIR-3 KYC

Earlier, the MCA has extended the deadline to 15.09.2018

The latest addisory, says as under,

“As you are aware the last date for filing form DIR-3 KYC without fee has expired on 15th September 2018. The process of deactivating the non-compliant DINs is in progress and is likely to be completed by 17th September 2018. Please note that the form DIR-3 KYC will not be available for filing during the pendency of this activity (from 16th September 2018 to 17th September 2018).”

Indeed this reflects an arrogant approach of the Ministry which is highly deplorable particularly in view of the technical glitches faced by the users of MCA Portal in logging in and filing forms.

There is a fake extension order in circulation in social media like facebook and whatsapp. After this advisory, users must not rely on any such fake messages/letters.
