S.O. ___ (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2017  (1 of  2018),  the  Central Government hereby appoints the 7th day of August, 2018 as the date on which the provisions of section 10 of the said Act shall come into force.
