[ Pursuant to Section 75 of the Limited Liability Partnership ~bt,2008 read with Rule 37(2) of the
Limited Liability Partnership Rules, 2009 ]

Reference :- In the matter of striking off of names of Limited Liability Partnerships ( as per Annexure ) under section 75 of Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008.

Notice is hereby given that the Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs), as per “Annexure A“, have filed applications under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 for striking off their names from the register of the office of the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal.

THEREFORE, any person objecting to the proposed striking off of name of the LLPs (as per Annexure) from the register may send his/her objection alongwith copies of the relevant documents to the office address mentioned herein above within one month from the date of publication of this notice.
