UP Government to form new committee to deal cases where GST Tran-1 could not be filed on last date i.e. 27.12.2017 due to technical glitches in GSTN

The Uttar Pradesh Government to form a new committee to take care of the individual cases where the dealers could not file GST Tran-1 on the last date i.e. 27.12.2017 owing to technical glitches in electronic system (GSTN).

This was stated by the Government before the Hon’ble Allahabad High Court (ABCAUS 2546 (2018) 09 HC)

However, the High Court directed the Government that in the meantime, the GST portal be opened within two weeks or the application of the petitioner be entertained manually
