MCA Extends last date of balance sheet Annual Returns (AOC-4) filing for FY 2016-17 up to 28 Nov-2017 without payment of additional fee. 

The copy of the Circular is as under:

Earlier, on 26th Otober, 2017 MCA viide its general circular No. 13/2017 had extended the due date for filing of AOC-4 (XBRL, E-forms using IndAS) for the financial year 2016-17 without additional fee till 31.03.2018.
