The Appellant had filed a complaint against the Management of a Church before the Metropolitan Magistrate Court. The appellant subsequently filed a RTI application, seeking Copy of notice/summon, response /reply submitted to the Magistrate by the responding management and incidental information thereto relating to judicial proceedings The PIO denied the information. The First Appellate Authority (FAA) did not adjudicate in the matter. Feeling aggrieved, the appellant had approached the Central Information Commission.
