Excel Auto Bill Book Invoice Template for Chartered Accountants, Professionals. New version 07.14 with Bill Re-issue and Bill Series option.
The ABCAUS Excel Bill Book was first launched in 2012, two years ago for helping those professionals who issue bills manually and need a simple automation solution for issuing bills and keeping a record thereof. Previously, two versions had been released.
On the demand of the users, a revised version (07.14) of Excel Bill Book is presented herewith. The previous versions received a lot of attention and are in use by number of users.
Whats New?
Bill Series
(a) In the new version, option for specifying Bill Series along with changing bill numbering has been given. For exemple; bill series like “Tax/service-tax/private/” can be used along with Bill numbers. The bill series with a bill number may appear like “Tax/service-tax/private/12”
Service Categories
(b) Also, in the new version, option for specifying service categories has been given. These service categories can be professional services which are billed to the client. For example, Accounting, Taxation, Project Financing etc.
Option of re-issue
(c) In the new version option to re-issue of bill from the database record has been given. A bill can be recalled anytime from the database.
Features of ABCAUS Excel Bill Book for CAs/other Professionals
