MCA has extended the deadline for filing Active e-Form INC-22A to 15.06.2019 – Read Notification

The ACTIVE (Active Company Tagging Identities and Verification) e-Form INC 22A to be filed by every company incorporated on or before the 31st December, 2017.

If the form is filed within the due date, the company shall be marked as “ACTIVE Compliant”, only on payment of late fee of ten thousand rupees.

MCA has issued the Notification by way of the companies (Registration offices and Fees) second Amendment Rules, 2019, extending the due date for filing Active e-Form INC-22A to 15.06.2019. Late fee of Rs. 10000/- shall not be paybale for INC-22A filed up to 15.06.2019.

Also, the MCA has simultaneously amended the he Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014 by Companies (Incorporation) Fourth Amendment Rules, 2019 amending Rule 25A. 

The said e-Form was notified as part of the Companies (Incorporation) Amendment Rules, 2019 and requires every company incorporated on or before the 31st December, 2017 to file the particulars of the company and its registered office on or before 25.04.2019
