No further extension for filing ACTIVE e Form INC-22A. Last date expires on 15.06.2019

Last date for filing ACTIVE e Form (INC-22A) expires on 15th June 2019 and no further extension would be provided.

MCA in its advisory has stated that in case ACTIVE is not filed on or before the said date, the compliance status for such companies shall be marked as ‘ACTIVE Non-compliant’ and Directors of such ‘ACTIVE non-compliant’ companies shall be marked as ‘Director of ACTIVE non-compliant company’.

By Notification dated 21.02.2019, the MCA has made filing of Active Company Tagging Identities and Verification e-Form INC 22A mandatory by every company incorporated on or before the 31st December, 2017.

MCA had issued the Notification by way of the companies (Registration offices and Fees) second Amendment Rules, 2019, extending the due date for filing Active e-Form INC-22A to 15.06.2019. 

Where a company files “e-Form ACTIVE”, on or after 15th June 2019, the company shall be marked as “ACTIVE Compliant”, on payment of fee of ten thousand rupees”.
