Revised GNL1 GNL4 Form. Amendment to Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Rules, 2014-MCA Notification dated 06/05/2016.

GNL-1
As per Rule 12(2),  where for the purpose of filing the documents or applications for which no e-form has been prescribed under the various rules prescribed under the Companies Act, 2013, Form GNL-1 or GNL-2 is to be used. As per the revised format in clause 6 related to purpose of application, few specific clauses has been removed (for example, extending the period of annual accounts, application for dormant status or normalising it). 

GNL-4
As per Rule 10(7), in case of any further information or documents are called for in respect of application or e-form or document filed electronically, it is required to be filed in GNL-4 as addendum. In the amended form under verification clause, provision has been made for verification by banks/LLP.
