Janakalyan Sahakari Bank – Appointment of Concurrent Auditors 2023-24

 
Janakalyan Sahakari Bank Limited Mumbai has invited applications for Appointment of Concurrent Auditors to conduct Audit of its Branches for the period from 1st July 2023 till 30th June 2024.
 
The Bank has solicited profiles of Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant firms seeking appointment as Concurrent Auditors to conduct Audit of Branches of our Bank for the period from 01.07.2023 till 30.06.2024.
 
The applicant firm should preferably be based in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai or Thane. The interested firms may submit their profiles, which should mainly cover the following details:-
 
1. Firm Registration Number & Date of Registration.
 
2. Number of Branch offices.
 
3. Number of Partners
 
4. Detailed Profile of Partners (Name, Age, Qualification, Experience & Membership number, Contact number & other relevant details)
 
5. Details of Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant employees, Article Clerks, and other employees (Name, Qualification and Years of Experience)
 
6. Details of Co-operative / Public Sector / Private Sector Banks where the firm has carried out Statutory Audit/ Concurrent Audit/ Internal Audit and the size (business mix) of the Bank audited.
 
7. Details of Other related experience in Banks. 8. Details of Partners/ employees of the firm associated with any other Cooperative banks as directors or in any other official capacity.
