Government invites comments on Draft proposals for amending GST Laws – Last date of submission is 15th July, 2018
In order to engage with the stakeholders and invite comments from the public at large, the Department of Revenue has decided to make available the proposed amendments in CGST Act, 2017, IGST Act, 2017 and the GST (Compensation to States) Act, 2017 in the public domain. The draft proposals for amendments are as under:
Public is invited to submit your comments/feedback on the draft proposals for amendments through this discussion on MyGov.in.
To facilitate the analysis of the comments / feedback, you are requested to add a hashtag to your comments. The hashtags should be added using the following scheme:
Use the hashtag #AmendmentSrNo1 for comments pertaining to amendment detailed at serial no.1 of the draft proposals,#AmendmentSrNo2 for comments pertaining to amendment detailed at serial no. 2 of the draft proposals, etc.
In case you have more than one suggestion to offer, you may find it convenient to type out your comments in a separate document, with hashtags specifying the Serial No. for which the comments are being given.
