Group to consider the issue as to whether there can be 100% FDI in LLP for Book-keeping and Accounting Services

Madam/Dear Sir,

The Council at its 354th meeting held on 25th May, 2016, vide Item No.7, decided to constitute a Group comprising of Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the Ethical Standards Board and Committee on Economic, Commercial Laws and WTO, CA. Sanjay Agarwal, CA. M.P. Vijay Kumar and two other members of the Council to be nominated by the President, to consider the issue as to whether there can be 100% FDI in LLP for Book-keeping and Accounting Services and make its recommendations to the Council. Accordingly, the President, has constituted the said group. The composition of the same is as under:-

  • CA. Kemisha Soni, Vice-Chairperson, Ethical Standards Board
  • CA. Naveen N.D. Gupta, Chairman, Committee on Economic, Commercial Laws & WTO
  • CA. Mangesh P. Kinare, Vice-Chairman, Committee on Economic, Commercial Laws & WTO
  • CA. Sanjay Agarwal, Council Member
  • CA. M.P. Vijay Kumar, Council Member
  • CA. (Dr.) Debashis Mitra, Council Member
  • CA. Atul Kumar Gupta, Council Member

Shri Ashish Swaroop Bhatnagar, Assistant Secretary would act as Secretary to the aforesaid Group
