Formation of a Group for Reviewing the Decision Regarding Noting of Change in Constitution on Account of Leaving of Partner of Firm and Allied Issues

ALL MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL

Madam/Dear Sir,

The President, in terms of authority given to him at the 363rd meeting of the Council held on 12th February, 2017 has decided to form a group for reviewing the decision regarding noting of change in constitution on account of leaving of partner of firm and allied issues with the following members:

  • CA. Prafulla P. Chhajed, Convenor
  • CA. Mukesh Singh Kushwah
  • CA. Mangesh P. Kinare
  • CA. M.P. Vijay Kumar
  • CA. (Dr.) Debashis Mitra
  • CA. Sanjay Vasudeva

In this context, the Group is requested to review all matters pertaining to leaving or joining of firms as partner/paid assistant, implementation of partnership deep in case of re-constitution/dispute and all other related matters including the past decisions of the Council & Executive Committee and place its recommendations before the Management Committee.

CA. Atis Basu, Joint Secretary will act as Secretary to the said Group.
