ICAI bans five CAs found guilty of Professional misconduct

The Disciplinary Committee of ICAI has found the following five chartered accountants guilty of Professional Misconduct in terms of the provisions of Section 21B(3) of the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 read with Rules 18(17) and 19(1) of the Chartered Accountants (Procedure of Investigations of Professional and Other Misconduct and Conduct of Cases) Rules, 2007.

The period of removal of name of the members and punishment is as under:
