Dear Sir,
Sub: Difficulties in accessing the MCA Portal and filing of e-forms
This is further to our representation dated April 07, 2016 on the above mentioned subject.
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has been very kind to accept our request and vide circular dated 12th April, 2016 had relaxed the additional fee payable on e-forms which were due for filing by companies between 25th March 2016 to 30th April, 2016 as one time waiver of additional fee. MCA has also clarified that if such e-forms are filed after 10.05.2016, no such relaxation shall be allowed.
On May 03, 2016, ICSI officials alongwith practicing professional had met with the concerned MCA officials to discuss the issues being faced by the stakeholders and explained the issues in detail.
Since the stakeholders are still facing difficulties in accessing the MCA portal and filing of e-forms resulting in delayed filing of e-forms, we request you to further relax the additional fee payable on e-forms which are due for filing by companies between May 01, 2016 and the date by which the normal functioning of the MCA site is restored.
Kindly consider the aforesaid submissions positively. Thanking you
Yours faithfully
